It's our mission to be as accommodating as possible to all guests here at Cottonwood Camp. Below is an overview of our policies. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of 50% of your lodging reservation is required at the time the reservation is made. Full refund only for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 21 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 21 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
Because we have reserved the above services for you in good faith, no refunds or credits will be issued should you choose to leave early.
Terms
Payment is due in full 7 days prior to check in. We accept all major credit cards.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Check-ins prior to 3:00 pm are subject to a $100.00 service charge. Storage for personal belongings and luggage is available for early arrivals or late departures to allow for more time on the river! Late night arrivals can also be accommodated.
Pets Welcome
Pets are allowed and welcomed at Cottonwood Camp, but we ask that they are leashed and/or kenneled at all times. An additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, will be assessed for pets residing in cabins. Please clean up after your pets!
Non-Smoking
We embrace and honor the health and wellness of all. Given this, we ask you to refrain from smoking in any of the cabins, restrooms and fly shop.
